Child sponsorship US$870 per year

The Godparents (child sponsors) are supporting the main program in the Sok Sabay Shelter and Long Term Education Program which rehabilitates children, leading to training and job placement. Sponsorship involved a one year contract at least. The Godparents have a possibility to exchange letters and gifts with their Godchild. It is a rewarding opportunity to watch closely the progress of a child from a desperate to a stable situation. We are very pleased to have many faithful child sponsors and donators who contribute to a better life for our 65 children.

 

 

Child sponsors

Child sponsors: We encourage our present child sponsors to renew their contribution for 2009 - 2010. We are still looking for new child sponsors for kids between 6 and 15 years. The sponsorship had been reevaluated and costs 870 USD per year.

 

Making a donation

The US dollar goes a long way in Cambodia,and any amount is extremely valuable to us.
If you feel you can make a regular donation,we encourage you to make these quarterly
or yearly, transferred directly into Sok Sabay's bank account, in order to reduce bank fees and administration costs.

FOR TAX EXEMPT DONATIONS FROM THE UNITED STATES

US tax payers can make a donation to the Cambodia Children's Fund, an
New York registered charitable organization that supports the children
of Cambodia and donates funds to Sok Sabay.  Donors will receive a tax
receipt for charitable contributions for purposes of their US tax
returns.
